Thank you for shopping at RYNAR. We're glad you chose to rock our gear.

We also understand that sometimes things don't go as expected, so please read the terms below before requesting any return or exchange.

 

1. Refunds

All products are non-refundable.

We do not offer cash/online refunds once an order is placed.


2. When Can a Product Be Exchanged?

You can request an exchange only in the following cases:

Damaged in transit
The product reached you in a damaged condition.

Manufacturing defect
There is a clear defect from our side in stitching, print, or fabric.

For both cases above:

• The product must be unused,
• With original tags,
• And in the original packaging.


3. Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size and want to change it, we do allow size exchange (subject to availability).

For size exchanges, an additional ₹100 courier charge will be applied.


4. How to Request an Exchange

To raise an exchange request, contact us with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos of the product (and damage/defect, if any)
• Unboxing video (if available – this helps for transit damage)
